An SEO company in Liverpool that plays the long game.
No vanity metrics. No link farms. Just honest, evergreen SEO that quietly brings in leads for months and years after the work is done.
Slower, simpler,
more durable.
Most SEO money is wasted on bought links, keyword-stuffed AI content, and dashboards nobody reads.
I’m Jack - a freelance SEO and web designer based in Liverpool. I’ve spent five years watching businesses spend money on SEO that doesn’t work: bought links, keyword-stuffed blog posts, monthly PDF reports full of numbers that don’t connect to revenue.
What works is simpler and slower. A clean, fast site. Pages that answer real questions real buyers are searching for. A Google Business Profile that earns trust locally. Links from places that actually matter. Content that’s useful, specific and well-structured. Done consistently, this compounds - the results build on themselves, and the leads keep coming long after you’ve stopped paying.

Local businesses
invisible on Google.
Trades, services, hospitality, studios, consultants. Anyone whose customers are searching locally and finding someone else.
Small businesses and sole traders in Liverpool and across the UK who are invisible on Google and know it.
Also founders who’ve been burnt by an SEO agency before and want to understand what they’re actually paying for. I explain everything in plain English and you’re welcome to ask questions at any point.
Why not use an SEO
agency in Liverpool?
Some do excellent work. Many don’t.
A Liverpool SEO agency will typically sign you to a 12-month retainer, assign your account to a junior, and send you a monthly report you don’t fully understand.
Working with me, you get one person who knows your site, your market and your goals - doing the work, not managing someone who is. The minimum term is three months, then month-to-month. You can cancel when it stops making sense. Most clients don’t.
Audit, fix, build,
compound.
Results compound after 90 days. Most clients start seeing meaningful movement in months three to six.

Q/01 How long does SEO take to work?
Honestly, three to six months before you see meaningful movement, depending on how competitive your market is and how much needs fixing on your site. Some quick wins (fixing technical issues, optimising existing pages) can show results faster. The content and authority work takes longer but lasts longer.
Q/02 What’s the difference between local SEO and regular SEO?
Local SEO is about showing up when someone in a specific area searches for a service - “plumber Liverpool”, “personal trainer near me”. It relies heavily on Google Business Profile, local citations, and geo-targeted pages. Regular SEO is broader - ranking nationally or internationally for terms not tied to a location. Most of my clients need local first.
Q/03 Do I need a new website for SEO to work?
Not necessarily. If your site is reasonably fast and easy to update, we can work with it. If it’s on an old platform that can’t be optimised, or genuinely slow, a rebuild is worth considering. I’ll tell you honestly after the audit.
Q/04 Can you guarantee rankings?
No - and anyone who says they can is lying. Google’s algorithm is theirs, not mine. What I can guarantee is that the work I do follows best practice, is sustainable, and is explained to you clearly.
Q/05 Do you write the content or do I?
I write it. You review it and approve it. You know your business; I know how to write for search. It works best as a collaboration.
Start with an
SEO audit.
Audits are the right starting point - they tell us both what the opportunity is before committing to a retainer.
